Litigation support assistants – part time on contract

We are an “on demand” litigation support company, providing paralegal services mainly to law firms and barristers in Auckland. This work principally involves organising and processing electronically stored information and hard copy documents, within established procedures. Accuracy and good document presentation are keys to our success. We recruit and train teams of “on call” assistants to help us in periods of higher demand.

The essential personal characteristics for the roles are:

  • A respect for confidentiality
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility – being able to respond quickly and positively to changing demands
  • The ability to work effectively and professionally in a team
  • Reliability
  • The capacity to cope with repetitive tasks
  • The personality to take pride in the product of our work

Beyond the training there can initially be no guarantee of hours of work, although the timing preferences of successful candidates will be considered. We are based in central Auckland.
